One of my daily go-to products for sun protection that actually supports sensitive, post-menopausal skin. It’s a 100% mineral sunscreen with a beautiful, lightweight tint that blends easily—no white cast, no irritation. It protects against UVA/UVB, blue light, and pollution. I wish I’d found this mat sooner, seriously. I’ve tried a lot of yoga mats, and this one hits that sweet spot: thick enough to cushion my joints (especially post-surgery days), lightweight enough to take anywhere, and way more comfortable than the standard options. It’s made from POE, a safer, non-toxic material that doesn’t come with the chemical smell or questionable ingredients.
